I would like to take an opportunity to make note of a positive experience we shared with Western Millwork Ltd. on the Alexander Apartments Project. 100/90 Alexander is a total of 226 multi family rental apartments located in the heart of the exchange district on Alexander and Waterfront. Western Millwork Ltd was contracted by Concord Projects to provide all the kitchen cabinets as well as the high end finished acid etched glass partition wall frames. Although, this particular project faced many challenges at the foundation and structure stages, Western Millwork Ltd played an instrumental role in the successful completion with a valiant push at the finishing stages.
Facing potential material order delays with the uncertainty caused by Covid 19 and an unpredictable construction climate, we worked closely with Western Millwork Ltd at the initial stages of the project to proactively secure materials. Western Millwork Ltd accommodated the material storage requirements and even constructed a structure at their facility to store the large amount of material for the project.
The pace towards the end of the project significantly ramped up and Western Millwork Ltd was able to keep up with the demand. There was little to no issues with deficient work and their installers worked tirelessly maintaining good quality.
I would strongly recommend Western Millwork Ltd for Medium to Large sized projects and look forward to working with Natalya Osmankina and her team in the coming years.

The Cabela’s retail store is the first of its kind in the province of Ontario and a landmark project for the City of Barrie that has been very well received by the public and a building that PCL are very proud to have been a part of. Without the assistance of Subcontractors such as Western Millwork Ltd. this facility would not have been possible.
Although this was a difficult project to execute we were able to rise to the occasion with the assistance of your company and all of our Subcontractors. On behalf of the PCL team I would like to personally thank you for your hard work, dedication and the support you provided to us.

I was made aware by my staff that your shop kept working during your annual holiday plant shutdown to ensure Red River College was completed for the staff move-in. On behalf of the Princess Street Consortium, I would like to thank you for the cooperation and dedicated work you are doing on the Red River Princess Street Campus project. The custom millwork has been a difficult challenge due to the extremely tight schedule.
When I think back two years ago of the critical decision Akman Construction had to make to select a millwork contractor, I am glad it was Western Millwork.
